Kathy Irwin has twenty years experience in advising on Separation, Divorce and all related matters, including Custody, Maintenance and Guardianship. A Member of the DSBA Family Law Committee, Family Lawyers Association and the Association of Collaborative Lawyers. She is Chairman of the South Dublin Collaborative lawyers Group and a Founder Member of SAVE,See their Website, a group set up to raise awareness of Domestic Violence in the South County Dublin Area. She sits on the Events Committee of the Dun Laoghaire Rathdown Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Dalkey Business Group. Kathy graduated from University College Cork with an Honours Law Degree.
Mark Hennelly was educated at University College Galway where he obtained an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Systems Analysis. He went on to complete a Diploma in Legal Studies in the Dublin Institute of Technology and a Diploma in Civil Litigation in the Law Society of Ireland.
His areas of expertise include Conveyancing, Personal Injury Claims, Family Law, Wills & Probate, Employment Law and Debt Collection. He has a keen interest in personal Injuries claims and helping clients achieve positive solutions. Mark prides himself on achieving the best possible results for our clients and establishing a relationship of trust.
Mark is a member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association, Dalkey Business Group and secretary to the Dun Laoghaire Rathdown Chamber of Commerce B2B Group.
Outside of work, Mark is a member of Bective Rangers rugby club and has played on their first team for 9 seasons. His interests include golf, triathlons and fitness.
