This is defined as bullying in the work place and the Health & Safety Authority have defined the following definition “repeated aggression, verbal, psychological or physical, conducted by an individual or group against another person or persons
Inappropriate aggressive behaviour which is systematic and ongoing is regarded as bullying. A booklet has been drawn up by the Employment Equality Agency to address to issue. There is much case law in this area and each case depends on its own facts.
